Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Bayme (“we”) handles information when authorized staff use our internal tools that connect to TikTok Marketing API and related TikTok for Developers products. This site (app.bayme.store) hosts our policies and OAuth callbacks; it does not provide a public user registration form.
1. Who this applies to
This policy applies to authorized employees and contractors who use Bayme’s internal advertising tools. It does not describe a consumer-facing app open to the general public.
2. Information we collect and use
Through TikTok OAuth and Marketing API, we may process:
- OAuth tokens (access token, refresh token) to call the API on behalf of authorized advertisers
- Advertiser and account identifiers (e.g. advertiser_id, business center IDs)
- Advertising data — campaign, ad group, and ad names/IDs; spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and related metrics returned by the API
- Creative metadata — video/image IDs, ad copy fields, and statuses needed to create or update ads
- Technical logs — API request errors, timestamps, and internal job logs for troubleshooting (not published)
We use this information solely to operate, report on, and optimize our own TikTok advertising activities.
3. What we do not collect via this website
- This public site does not use third-party advertising cookies or sell visitor data.
- We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data from TikTok end-users through this site.
4. Legal bases (where applicable)
We process data based on legitimate business interests in running our advertising operations, performing contracts with platforms, and complying with law. Authorized users consent to TikTok’s authorization screens when connecting accounts.
5. Storage and security
- Tokens and API secrets are stored on private servers or secure configuration — not embedded in this website.
- Access is restricted to personnel who need it for their job duties.
- We use HTTPS for web pages and OAuth redirects.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share data only:
- With TikTok as required to use their APIs
- With infrastructure providers hosting our systems under confidentiality obligations
- When required by law or to protect our legal rights
7. Retention
We retain tokens and advertising data only as long as needed for operations, security, and legal compliance, then delete or anonymize where reasonable.
8. International transfers
Data may be processed in countries where our servers or TikTok operate. We take reasonable steps to protect data consistent with this policy.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you as an employee/contractor. Contact us at the email below. TikTok end-user requests should be directed to TikTok where applicable.
10. Children
Our internal tools are not directed at children under 16.
11. Changes
We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use of internal tools after updates indicates acknowledgment.
