Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Bayme (“we”) handles information when authorized staff use our internal tools that connect to TikTok Marketing API and related TikTok for Developers products. This site (www.bayme.store) hosts our company information, legal policies, and OAuth callbacks. It does not offer public user registration.
1. Who this applies to
This policy applies to authorized employees and contractors who use Bayme’s internal advertising tools. It does not describe a consumer-facing social application open to the general public.
2. Information we collect and use
Through TikTok OAuth and Marketing API, we may process:
- OAuth tokens (access token, refresh token) to call the API on behalf of authorized advertisers
- Advertiser and account identifiers (e.g. advertiser_id, business center IDs)
- Advertising data — campaign, ad group, and ad names/IDs; spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and related metrics returned by the API
- Creative metadata — video/image IDs, ad copy fields, and statuses needed to create or update ads
- Technical logs — API request errors, timestamps, and internal job logs for troubleshooting (not published)
We use this information solely to operate, report on, and optimize TikTok advertising for accounts Bayme owns or is authorized to manage.
3. Website visitors
This public website is informational. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on these pages or sell visitor analytics to data brokers. Standard web server logs may record IP address, user agent, and requested URL for security and uptime.
4. What we do not do
- We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data from TikTok end-users through this site.
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not provide Marketing API access to unrelated third parties.
5. Legal bases (where applicable)
We process data based on legitimate business interests in running our advertising operations, performing contracts with platforms, and complying with law. Authorized users consent to TikTok’s authorization screens when connecting accounts.
6. Storage and security
- Tokens and API secrets are stored on private servers or secure configuration — not embedded in this static website.
- Access is restricted to personnel who need it for their job duties.
- We use HTTPS for all public pages and OAuth redirects.
7. Sharing
We may share data only with TikTok as required to use their APIs, with infrastructure providers under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
8. Retention
We retain tokens and advertising data only as long as needed for operations, security, and legal compliance, then delete or anonymize where reasonable.
9. International transfers
Data may be processed in countries where our servers or TikTok operate. We take reasonable steps to protect data consistent with this policy.
10. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding personal data we hold about you as an employee/contractor. Contact dev@bayme.store. TikTok end-user requests should be directed to TikTok where applicable.
11. Children
Our internal tools are not directed at children under 16.
12. Changes
We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change.
